Did your Streamline HR services begin after November 1, 2019?

If your administration with Streamline HR began after November 1, 2019 and there are individuals who experienced a qualifying event for whom we did not provide administrative services to, but who would NOW be eligible for the ARPA subsidy, in other words is an AEI, we need to know about them.

Please note that when completing the plan information on the template, if the plans originally offered are no longer available, you will need to enter the current plan(s) that most closely match what the individual was offered or enrolled in.

The report and template need to be returned as soon as possible and no later than Monday, May 24, 2021 in order to meet the deadline that AEI’s (Assistance Eligible Individuals) need to be mailed the notification by May 31, 2021.
